Noon-Arts: Proud to partner with the Shubbak Festival 2015

Noon Arts is proud to announce that it is partnering with the Shubbak Festival this year, being London’s largest biennial event that celebrates contemporary Arab culture. Noon Arts will bring one of its artists, Aiman Ajhani, also known as "Elbohly", to take part in the launch event "Hafla on the Square" scheduled for 11 July, 2015. Alongside a line-up of live music, art and drop-in workshop at the Chelsea Theatre, the audience will also get the chance to see the artist create new spontaneous works on the walls of the venue on the day.

Aimen Ajhani is a Libyan street graffiti artist who has been living and working in Denmark for the past two years. His work is energetic, vibrant and colourful as he continues to experiment with Arabic script and producing mixed works of what it is termed "Calligraffiti". He has participated in many festivals across Europe and North Africa; and his murals have been displayed in Copenhagen, Tunis, Tripoli and Amsterdam, with the latest exhibited at the "Immigrant Museum" in Copenhagen, Denmark.
